Bonnet Fabric

The bonnet body is made from 100% Polyester Charmeuse Satin, featuring a smooth, soft surface and comfortable feel. The standard fabric weight is 95 GSM, with customized options available at 80 GSM, 100 GSM, 150 GSM, or 200 GSM to meet different requirements for thickness, drape, and feel.

Band Fabric

The bonnet band is made from a stretch fabric consisting of 85% Polyester and 15% Spandex, providing flexibility and a comfortable fit.

Custom Fabric Options

Logo Customization

Color Fastness

For high-colorfastness fabrics, we conduct three or more hot-water wash tests after the fabric arrives at our facility to check color fastness and ensure consistent quality before production.

Production Lead Time

Samples: 3–5 days for regular sampling.

Orders up to 1,000 pieces: 6–7 days for regular production.

Most of our standard fabrics are kept in stock. Even for custom fabrics, our strong supply chain can typically deliver materials to our facility within 3 days, helping ensure smooth, consistent, and on-time production.

Payment Terms

30% deposit is required to start production. The remaining 70% balance is paid before shipment.

Packaging & Shipping

Products are securely packed in cartons for international delivery. The standard carton size is approximately 56 × 42 × 25 cm.

Our regular shipping include UPS & DHL. Other shipping methods can also be arranged according to your needs.
